So, let's say that you have been dating a girl for a long time. Heck, let's say that she's kinda like your college sweetheart.
You've had your ups and downs over the years but the mutual love for one another has never been in question.
One day another guy comes into the picture, let's call him Matt Microsoft.
Matt Microsoft is trying to take your woman from you by using the promise of money, power and a brighter future.
You don't worry. You trust your girl enough to know that she'll do the right thing. She refutes Matt's advances and clearly tells him there's really no interest in the way he presents his case that she would leave her man for cheesy Matt (perhaps Matt is a corny Persian clubgoer from LA). She'll lose her identity, she'll lose all her friends, it's just not a generally good move for her.
The case is pretty much over.
Then this douchebag Icahn comes from nowhere and continues to stalk your girl endlessly trying to cockblock you and hook her up with Matt Microsoft even though both Matt and your girl have made it clear they aren't interested in one another anymore.
Furthermore, the whole reason behind Icahn's plan is because Matt promised Carl that if he could convince your girl to dump you for Matt, Carl gets to bang her first.
Matt doesn't even like your girl for all the right reasons. He just likes her body. Most likely he'll use her, abuse her then eventually toss her off to the side eventually turning her into a stripclub ho past her prime.
In this scenario Carl Icahn is a cockblocking douchebag of epic proportions.
